Only one more sunrise to go. I am calling this one Broken Beauty taken at Broken Head. A bit corny but I will roll with it.

I love everything about Pooch & Samba. I love Emily the designer, I love the way the clothes look, the way they fit, I love the imagination, I love the way they make me feel and I really love that not only are they a local byron based label, but all pieces are made right here in Byron and I love keeping it local. So when I was looking to collaborate with a designer for a shoot it was a no brainer. Thank you to Donna Wild for finding the beautiful model Eve Prideaux and for working as a movement consultant.

This handsome man came for a smooch while his owner was having a sunrise surf. (sigh) I want a family of dogs.

Picture this – my alarm goes off and I want to throw it across the room. I get up and it pours on me. I snap a pic and crawl back to bed. Insert sad face.

The mozzies ate me alive this morning. I am counting down the days till I get a sleep in.

The sun goddess rocked it pool side at La vista today. Stunning location – Damien the owner even presented us with Magnolias. I could get used to this sunrise gig.

One week to go. I am in need of a sleep in. Oh how luxurious it is going to be.

Yesterday was a ten hour wedding in Melbourne which meant today’s sunrise was a bit painful. I stumbled out of my front door in my undies  to take this one. The shapes the power lines make have always intrigued me.

An urban sunrise.
